My coaching blends psychological insight, nature-based practices, and gentle accountability to help you reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself.

My Background Includes:

– Training and experience as a psychologist

– Lived chronic illness experience (and healing)

– Divorce, motherhood, and deep (continual) personal transition

– Certification as a Forest Therapy Guide (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy)

– Influences from Jungian psychology, CBT frameworks, and poetry (expect Rumi)

** This is NOT therapy – however, my psychological training deeply informs how I support clients — utilizing research based interventions and strategies proven to be effective
